The Rainforest has been a topic of interest among ecological groups for a while. Canalphotos has never visited  a 'Rainforest' but does speculate on the popularity of the cause.

 As I stand in the rain and look at the park, I realize that the life around me is abundant and that every space is occupied by something. And the romantic notion of the 'exotic' rainforest is diminished in my mind. Here (along the canal), there are exotic birds, interesting plants and herbs of  medicinal value - all, to be valued and appreciated.
